The Rise of Bill the Killer

"Ok boys now don't mess this up!" Bill yelled over the rev of ten jeep engines. He had joined the military to keep his family fed, now it was the begining of a empire in his hands. He was to come here to this village and get it on it's feet, nomatter the cost. "We're ready sir." Yelled his son in the drivers seat of their mg jeep. "Let's get dirty." replied Bill, "All units move forward!" With a rev, four mg jeeps, four srm jeeps, and two lrm jeeps cross the border into another villages territory. "Nohting on sensor yet." reports the lead srm jeep. "Move to the next zone." "Yes sir."
Half a hour and four zones later. "Ok boys, last zone!" Yells Bill over the com link, "Somthing is here so fan out and find it!" Ten minites later. "Damn, half the area covered and still nothing!" "SIR, one mg jeep and one Scorpian A1 spotted" "All units, move to engage!"
So how am I doing?

ok, till the driver of the jeep gets pegged in the fore head by MG fire. then things start to go down the crapper.

"Well sir your son is missing half his right foot, three fingers off his right hand, has shrapnal in his shoulder, and has no right ear." Replys the doctor. Bill has a flashback to where this all happened.
"All units, move to engage!" His jeep lept forward as his son flooded it. "MG Lance 1 take the jeep! LRM's take the Scorpion! SRM"s cover the LRM's!" A jumble of answers come through the radio, most sounding scared. Remembering how poor the gunners are makes Bill more than a little afraid. " God help us now." Bounding over the brow of a hill the battle has unfolding below.

Down below the LRM are opening up on the right toward the Scorpion but all miss by a long shot. Three MG jeeps race down the slope with Bill right behind them. "2, Try and get behind that jeep!" "Yes sir" comes a crisp responce over his set. "All right, lets do th-" his speach is cut of as a shell screams in and inpacts just in front of his jeep. "DAMN HERE DID THAT COME FROM!"

Bill looks into the room where his son is in coma and through the tears he remembers the order that doomed him to this fate.
"Ok, there is something big and probly vary ugly on that hill side." Bill says over the radio. He dismounts his jeep and runs to the top of the hill. "Does anyone have a sight on 2 yet?" "Well," replied a LRM sargent looking through his sight," I got one mg jeep with no front end, at least two arms and one body that looks like it came out of a toaster." Sighing aloud Bill reminded himself to put his men in front of a good drill sargent when they got back, well he added with a little dark humor, IF they make it back.
"Ok, SRM's search the ridge for something. LRM's cover them. Jeep 3, over the top. I need you to draw some fire." "Sir!"
