Noob Questions Please Answer

Hi may I ask a question. My bro might want to play this game. I'm pretty happy with this cuz I need allies. Now with my bro can he make an account on his computer. His comp has the same router as mine and all that jazz. So would our accounts get banned if he made his own and allied to my empire? He wouldn't use my account but make his own on his own comp under a different email address.
Could both players AND a moderator answer this?
Oh and for the Arena what happens if I lose units? Are those units I send into the arena permanently dead or will they come back after the battle?

For your first question about your brother, yes he can use his own computer. And yes he can be allied to you. Empires you own can be allied to any empires you like, even ones your brother or you own. If you want your question answered by a moderater, your best bet would be to open a help ticket and let seth deal with it. Mark it as a General Help ticket for an issue like this.
Units have 3 lives in the arena. Each time they lose they will lose 1 life, but the unit comes back completely repaired (with slightly worse skills). After the 3rd loss the unit is gone forever. The crew may or may not survive, depending on how they died the last time.

Ok thankyou very much Kit. Wow this is why nev is so much better than games like AoW. Because even though this game is really hard to play there are always nice and mature players out there to help you.(Yes I did register for AoW a while back and it is the most boring neveron clone on the internet

Most players tend to be civil, but there are a good number of immature and openly hostile people too. Usually that only comes out after wars though.

Hey Kit how do I get cash fast? I got 5 million cash right now but I want to attack another empire so when the attack on my main empire comes I will have colonies and I won't be wiped out. I really don't like destroying other empires but I guess its neccessarry for me to survive against agressive players. How should I earn my cash fast?

There are only a couple ways to get money quickly.
The first is the arena. Betting on arena matches randomly will usually net you around a 10% proffit, however if you get good at making picks you can get much more. You can also make some by fighting in the arena, but it will probably take a bit for you to get good enough to turn any proffit by fighting, however the potential is there. The big problems is that (1) arenas are not terrably active right now and (2) sometimes you will hit a string of bad luck that will make you lose a lot of money.
Second is to sell off salvage you get from war. Whenever a unit is killed, it usually leaves behind some parts (weapons, internal/armor, movement parts). While most of these are not worth much, some can carry a pretty penny on the open market and even selling low value items which you cannot use will help a lot in the long run.
The final way is to war actively. This will give your empire a high moral (if you win). High moral increases your income up to 100% or so. You can also burn captured cities which you do not want to keep, which can provide a good ammount of cash (though with low level cities you probably won't make quite so much from city burning).
The only other real way to get money is to grow larger and get a bigger income, however you won't see much benifit from this until around level 6 or 7, since as your income grows the Small Empire Subsidy your empire gets will shrink.

Hey Scipio, you can also join an active faction and request for transfers from yr Faction Leader (FL). FLs are always looking for active players and will offer 'encouragements' (ie nev money) esp when u are 'war active'.
You can also trade/sell DPs (Donation Points) in chat/forum to get additional funds. Current market in the chat/forum is 50M~60M per DP. Neveron admins only offer 10M/DP.
REMEMBER......you;ll NEED to be in a FACTION to receive any money trasfers.
