you can decommision or scrap Vehichle

you can scrap Mechs or swap out the pilot to a newly purchased Mech

yeah but when you decomm, your pilots have a mental break and shit them selves and start to drool. they have a chance to skill up and almost always do. my advice to you and depends on your lvl get 1 or 2 companies of trainers srm jeeps geckos some type of cheap vech. i have and this is sick some 0-0 and a bunch of 2-1 jeep gunners i popped them out of their vechs and right into storage so they went to 1-1 and 3-2 i can live with that the average no dp whore empire only has 2-2 3-3s etc although you cant train below 2-2 you can with war skill checks. this didnt take 2 weeks it took 2 months. this is one example of how to get nice pilots every one in neveron knows everything. i dont, this is what i do it may or may not work for you l8r

if you are talking about vechs try the switch option sometimes one is better than the other? other than that no you cant switch out vech crews with out doing a decomm and you will most likely take a skill hit. mechs are differnt you can switch a pilot to a new mech but he will also take a skill hit if its not the same type of mech. i buy cheap mechs urbies stingers etc and use them as trainers if you land war alot it will be a few wars and they should get to 2-2 i have 6 right now that are 1-0 and 1-1s so its a good idea to move them into a mech when they get this low. another thing if you got the money is to put them in a mech you will transfer them to and stable them. then move him to his new mech and he will get no skill check. you can still train a stabled mech and he will get war skill checks also. hope this helps l8r

I'm pretty sure it's still a auto skill loss, not just a chance.
