Level 6 RBs made to order for Level 5-8 empires

This is to announce the availability of level 6 Repair Bays to any empire level 5-8. This offer is open to any empire, any faction. The running cost will be 25DP, and will be buildable in any zone of your choice. The rules of the sale are as follow:
1) You must contact me in IRC chat to arrange things. Give me the coordinates of the zone you want, and the arrangements and timetables of the war (including how you will get out of it, see #4)
2) You must pay in advance before the building will be constructed
3) You must DoW my empire unless special circumstances are evident and prior arrangements are made.
4) You are responsible for bringing the war to its conclusion, which will NOT include any attacks on my empire. Fdow out, let the war run out, or whatever.
5) Any attacks on my empire beyond taking the zone I have built for you will result in your entire alliance being blacklisted from future sales.
Buyer’s rights include:
1) Prompt delivery of RB once all proper arrangements are made
2) Garenteed service. If the RB is destroyed on transfer, I will rebuild it free of cost.
3) Confidentiality. I will under no circumstances give out the coordinates of the RB
4) A good thwacking should you choose to attack me

Sorry to say this but simply checking the warlogs and you know where the bay will be not the best deal...

you need to build a lot in advance, cause as soon as you're dowed, you can't construct new ones.

and you best be only 1 lvl up from them.... which is you are looking at 5-8, not quite possible. but meh what do i know....
This lil business adventure became next to impossible with the new rules. but good luck.,
Going price USED to be 10dp or 500m, but of course that was before all this silly LW crap was put in, making some things impossible to do.

definitely, so the range can be 3 levels, if he sits close to the edge, and lvl up if necessary. and it's an open market, and there is definitely demand. i've been without a decent bay for almost 2 months. i'd have payed ...something... for sure.
