Noob Faction: Repair Bay Delays

Well it looks like the RB for newb islandis going down again. went to do a simple reload and didnt look at date of return, well more like year of return. Now i gotta wait 3 Nev Years for simple ammo reloads. Ticket was answered and fixed, went to resend them and it is 5647min (real min) for ammo reloads. So something is def wrong

Fixed a problem with the public repair bay in the noob faction having long delays.
