Instant Surrender

Okay, updates says this is a problem, but they can't prove it? How many empires got surrendered form it? Seems if all the people who thought it hit them open a help ticket, there should be enough prove,
According to the attack log, I lost 1 empty zone and got surrended? At lvl 6 with 1-1 BP?
How long doest it take to get an answer?

this bug hit me......
i was at war with 3 empires......and was up over 300%.......
got attacked by a 4th empire........
surendered to all four without losing a zone, or unit.......as soon as he attacked i went down........
i'm still pissed......i was kickin ass.......and lost the chance to finish killing a bunch of mechs, so not only did i get screwed out of the rep for killing their stuff.....i lost out on all those skill checks, and lost skill in my units for losing the war..........
so yup......i was one of those that sent in help tickets...........LOTS of help tickets

so has anyone had an answer to a Help ticket? I've got ones that are months one. Including Donation issues...
