HoC Archive update:
I've frozen the availability of HoC Archive book purchases temporarily as I make a small number of adjustments to the master document.
These changes will greatly improve the document, or I wouldn't interrupt its availability.
To the one person that bought a book so far, the revised book will be only marginally different from the one you have but I am more than happy to foot the bill to exchange your copy. Just get in touch with me if you would like to do that.
I'll let you all know when its available again. It should be within the next week.
And ok, for those curious what the adjustments are... I'm completely rewriting the early hoc segment, after I received some complaint about the sparseness of its content. Normally I tell people go suck an egg if they don't like it, since 9 times out of 10 they didn't contribute when I asked a thousand times, but in this case I personally wanted to see this information added and so I am going out of my way to find it.
And also I've learned more tricks to creating a kick ass index and there will probably be a lot of missing names represented in it.
Thanks again to the one person that bought a copy in the past 10 days, putting me at about 4.5% to break even. You're my hero.
