Hello,
I have written a Vehicle FAQ for you all - this covers buying vehicles, commissioning them, as well as listing strengths, weaknesses and rough price guides to every vehicle on Neveron. The FAQ is at http://mattbuck.irongalaxy.com/neveron/faq-vech.html

And as before, if you want cheap vehicles, send a trade alliance treaty to Platonian Empire and give me a rough idea of what you need.

Congratulations! Your new VED-A6 is commissioned, and after a short period of training (length depends on vehicle weight and empire level), will be ready for you to use in battle. First refresh your page, then click the Units tab, and click Vehicles to see it.
level 0,1,2 level empires dont have forced training

good job on the guide overall, i would throw in some information about preplacing vehicles and maybe screenshots of terrain, i was really confused by that as a noob
