Your eyes didn't deceive you. This nice level 4 makes its special mark with about 5 Billion cash on-hand, and 6 nice mechs in a level 4 w/ no OMT. Yes, you can fit 6 mechs!
Somehow, I found lvl 4s to be my sweet spot in low lvl LWs, and have built up too many over the years. With 3 others just like this or even better, I needed to get rid of one. Keep in mind that IMP sell backs for cash are no longer easy, so if you're frustrated getting cash into low lvl emps, I think my empire will have caught your eye.
I hate to be a sadist, but since all my lvl 4 emps have 5-8B cash on-hand, I actually find it amusing doing hotdrop wars. It doesn't ever start off that way. I always bring my 6 mechs to play, but the problem is when my opponent discovers I LOVE(!!) suiciding them to kill DP mechs, it usually turns into a hiding / hotdrop war in the end.
Overall, I think whoever buys this empire will be super happy, even if it's not DP heavy. Just don't hit my other lvl 4s w/ 5-8B cash on-hand by accident or it'd be a useless drain for both of us, lol.

P.S. Forgot to mention, my lvl 3 was bait for my lvl 4s. Yeah I know, it looks kinda mean of me. But in my defense, I always let my opponent go if they sue for peace. People know I'm a nice guy. It's just a numbers game. Even the best lvl 4 emp can't win against 4 of my lvl 4s w/ the best market mechs and 20B+ cash combined. At best, a stale mate via infra surrender / hotdrop swap. To be honest, I've never had to use more than just 1 lvl 4. You can be sure an escalation up to 4 on 4 lvl 4/5 emps would've been a memorable event in chat!
