Elite lvl 4 and other emps for sale

quite possibly the nastiest lvl 4 in the game:
estimated 330 cities (more prolly) with no more than two connecting, meaning you can take max 2 cities with one HD. Largest city 49pop. 2 1k buildables, one 810 buildable. Stocked lvl 6 repair bay, ability to build lvl 3s. One TC. Various towers researched. Land management lvl 9 done, lvl 10 at 26 percent. No OMT.
Daily Net Cash Flow Subtotal: $ (-528,133) (no surrender income or anything), so it will lose some money, but shouldnt be a problem really if you get surrender income.
Current Funds: $ 3,203,568,439
Civilian Population: 9,453
Battle Value (BV): 9,760
Military Reputation: 462

I'm not in a hurry to sell any of the emps and I will not sell the nasty lvl 4 for peanuts, so only serious offers for it please. I can sell the emps as a package or one at a time. Dont really know how to put a price tag on that lvl 4, so you make me an offer and I'll consider it.

The lvl 6 has been sold.
In other news, the buyer for the lvl 4 has backed out, so it's open for bidding again. Also, I have sold all the DP i'm willing to part with until i get the rest of my emps sold. So start bidding and get your own killer emp today!
