First I want to say thanks to all the players that have returned and been so supportive of the transfer of things! It's only been 'official' for like 11 days, but the buzz about the game has been awesome! Second, I'd like to point out that I RARELY actually read NMail. Your best form of communication with me is still Help Tickets for actual game related issues. I had over 1K open tickets waiting for me when I took them over. Add to that the players who are reopening older tickets, and you can see where things will stack up fast! I try to plug away a small chunk of tickets every day, so hang in there. ALL HELP TICKETS WILL BE READ BY NEVERON STAFF EVENTUALLY! Third, the forums are also going to be a very intricate part of the games future, so LEARN to use them if you don't already! I do try to read all comments posted on the forums. That is where ALL future changes will be discussed before any major changes are made to the game. So if you want your opinion considered on ANY topic, that is your chance to be heard! I would like to see some of the suggestions from the player base listed out on the forums. For smaller tips, add them to the existing threads. For more complex ideas, please start a new separate topic so that others can respond to the idea, and we can hammer out the details of that topic publicly. Fourth, please make sure you check updates for the latest info on the game. I plan to post 2 or 3 updates a week normally. Each new month, the previous months updates are moved to the archives. So be sure to check out the January updates in the 2011 Archive. Finally, let me throw out a reminder to everyone that the Donation Special only has a few more days! ANY tickets with a reply dated after January 1st, 2011 has been replied to by ShadowMasterCM Randy and Wayward_Son are not answering tickets. They are only working on code in a very limited fashion.
