We should be able to see what IP is logging into our empires. And Faction leaders should be able to see what IP's are logging into empires inside faction. Just another measure to prevent login abuse.

not sure i can, or should, provide IP addresses to the players, as this could expose people to malicious activity
Already on the list is adding a detailed transaction log, viewable only by the primary login, displaying all actions performed in your empire. this would be similar to the currently available view from the money transfer history page for the primary login, showing you what login transfered money out.
while none of this will help stop, and likely not prevent, any login abuse, it will at least offer the primary login 'proof' of what logins are the cause of the problems if an abuse occurs.
Not sure I see or understand the need for this sort of information at the FL level
