Lost 500 TP on 1 of 4 empires since last log-in.

Hi guys; I do appreciate the bonus TP that was awarded some time ago, though I've been saving them all.
However, one of my empires now shows 0 TP, and have used 0.
Can I get that restored please?

did you move the empire off of noob island? also have you opened a help ticket?
asking about the move thing because i did this and lost the 500 tp

Havne't left NOOB with this particular empire, yet... Wayward Son initially addressed my ticket (thanks again, WS), but hasn't responded back after I re-opened it.

there are several empires with TP related issues. In order to 'fix' them I need to pull up several tables and verify thigs, then manually adjust the empires TP to the correct amount. All of this is a rather involved process considering.
As there have been many other high priority issues in recent months, something like tracking down 'free' TP gets pushed to the bottom of the list
Simply open a help ticket and it will get addressed eventually

Thanks SM:CM - while that's fair, 'cause I know you have plenty of work to do... I did lose the few points I had before the 'free' TP was awarded. I don't remember how much any more, though it woulda/coulda been enough to help a minor boost.
Though, I digress - a ticket was opened back then, and awaits for its eventuality.

sometimes the TP data value gets fubared, and that will fubar any future 'normal' attmepts to add TP.
We will sort all that out when i finally get to your ticket
