Hmm, has it not been raised for empires on noob island?
My level 0 on the mainland got the increase, but not the level 0's on noob, just a heads up.

These are positive changes. However, they were yet more changes that SM apparently felt zero inclination to even bring up with this community. No public mention. No updates. Nothing. Could better opportunities exist to even modestly engage the community than "I recognize training is too expensive, I hear you." Perhaps even poll us. Or a tweaking thread for people that are good at math and people that are good at design to help SM come up with the best approach.

Yes, I guess you did not get the joke. My fault.
It seems that the increase for SESI is random. Going through some 35 noob empires today around half of them have the increase, half do not. Maybe he is working on it? One can only guess.
