Low Lv TP Empires

Back to Nev for a bit and found I had three low level empires with the 500tp bonus.
None of them have anything special in bv/pop.
Mostly interested in DP or mech salvage(PM me for what my mech like list  . Although happy to entertain other offers.
LV2 - 200mil nevcash, pos morale (not much) and 763 TP (Growing since I am doing FFA alot)
LV1 - pos income, but neg morale. 500 tp
LV0 - 1.9 bil nevcash on hand. 0 morale and 500 tp
