Factory Workers

I built a 25 CF Factory and it only has one worker. I checked my other zone and they have Factory workers in them but no factories. I thought the workers were supposed to migrate or commute to were ever the factory was. Is this a bug or am I mistaken? My user is ewingj. If it is not a bug how do I get more workers.

This is not a bug. What you are seeing is commuting in effect. People are recorded in the zone they live in, not the zone they work in. So in your case, only one of the people living by the factory works there, the rest of the workers commute.
Commuting does not mean they move there to live, they just travel there to work every day.

here's a funny one: my "factory zone" has only 6 factory workers in it, all the rest went off to other jobs. AND all my other jobs are in the main section of my emprie which is on the other side of Neveron
