Unit BV seriously wrong

I don't see how a ARF platoon with skill of 9 can have 1256 BV

yesterday, when i was browsin the arenas, i saw many (far too many) fatigued infantry with a bv of 1256.
one arena in progress reported over 15k bv in it!!!!!!!!!! had buncha fatigued mg inf. and one locust.

I think this has to do with arenas beign down lately. After you attacked an arena someone else could attack it, thus driving the BV up, but apparrently when arenas were fixed the first two people got put in, but then then rest of the people's BV were shown in the main arena screen, although they weren't actually in the arena.

No, that's not it...I know that the arena is screwed up and once I even had a 1vs1vs1 ffa battle where I had to kill platoons from 2 different empires just to win a little bit of money. You see, that platoon have never been to the arena, it has skill of 9 because I accidentally demoted that Lt. and I am viewing from the unit page, not the arena. The BV have dropped to 913 but that's still way too high.

It looks like infantry that change skill levels have their BV's off. I sent an infantry to an arena and it came back with a skill level of seven and a BV of 913! This really isn't too fun because it has messed up my empire's level...

I take it back... The BV is reduced but not fixed (for the guy I was talking about anyhow...

I had the same problem.... I had done a stupid n00b move and demoted two infantry leaders.... The BV raised to about 1265 (can't remember if that is the exact number). Well, I put those 2 units in training and by the time they got from 9 to 6 their BV was at a correct 18....
