unclaim all claimed characters log out give it five to ten minutes this will remove the login from the empire but the empire must remain inactive with no claimed characters for 30 days to be deleted from the face of Neveron

But what if you can't remeber your login to unclaim the characters

Then you have no control over the empire anyway, and the question is pointless.
