HoC Invintational causes worldwide paralysis, death, anarchy.

NEVERON-
A tragic world-wide accident occured early this April, 3229, Virtually the entire population of Neveron took breaks from work to watch the HoC Invintational Tournament. Unfortunately, combined with an unusually high number of critical systems breakdowns, this caused the world wide power, communication, and transportation grids to collapse almost overnight, as problems went unfixed and malfunctions cascaded. Widespread rioting, panic, and social chaos has caused an incalculable amount of economic damage. Emergency crews across Neveron (those who managed to get to work) are working feverishly to get the world-wide nets back online, and have already achieved some limited local successes. In an unprecendented move, NGC and NASI armed forces deployed for nearly the first time in Neveron's history, protecting critical facilities and infrastructure from damage.
