Add a scroll bar to the left statistics scree so that the user can scroll up and down. As more and more information is being added to this window, such as Experimental War Rating, it is getting increasingly difficult to see all of the information within this window. The only other solution to this problem is increasing to a screen resolution far higher than required for this game. This isn't the best fix, however, as some of the older machines do not run as well at these higher resolutions.
