I am thinking about offering to build level 1 repair bays for people, and in the near future level 2 ones as well. Right now, however, only level 1 is available. Here are the prices and other details:
If you wish to give me DP in excange for the repair bay it will be between 6-9DP, depending on how fast you want it built. At 6 DP it will be build in ~4 RL days (36 nev days). At 9DP it will be built in just over 1 RL day (11 nev days). I will expect DP payment after the job is completed within 2 weeks, though for people who need to mail in payment and live far away from where randy does may be given an extention to that.
For those who are able to do cash transfers, or have someone who can do it for you, pricing is as if the DP had been converted into cash. Thus the price range is from 60million to 90 million, depending on building speed. Unlike with DP, however, I will require 30 million of it up front as a down payment, the rest to be payed after the repair facility has been built.
In both cases you will need to provide an empty buildable zone. I would prefer if it happened to be an unclaimed zone, however I would be willing to drop in a zone in some cases.
So, tell me, how many people out there would be willing to take this sort of deal?

Agreed, those costs are quite high Kit. I'd do it for probably 2 dp for a level 1, that's 30 mil (drop zone and bay) which is the going rate for 1 dp if you purchase it.

Exactly I bought a level 3 bay 6 months ago for 5 DP.... Too high and level 1 bay is too easy to get. You won't have many folks interested.

Well that is why I am asking.  I have never been in the market for building things for other people so I am not sure what it is like right now.

Kit, usually I just commission the buildings, then let them take the zone. They can build them with their own crews, then you don't lose the morale for losing the zone with pop, etc. . .
