No one from 22 soldiers havent got even 1 skill point.. so my question are there some other training rules now, or update time is longer or mayby i was so unlucky that time ? P.S. I know 3 RL days is not a long time but as i remeber from past usually at least few soldiers gain 1 skill point after all.
