I am 1 of those defensive type of player and I do not have the desire nor the need to tent. Why?

But I suppose something will need to be done with cores as well?


Seriously, I am all for the introduction of that SP coming from top 4×Level of Empire cities system. With some tweaking (looks at Level 0 empires for starters), it'll do.
