Wanna Join? DUNE (by Frank Herbert)--Landsraad empires

I am starting a roleplay theme within Nev. It would consist of people picking out empires they like from the movie or books about Dune . DR the empire Shai-Hulud if interested. Empire Shai-Hulud are the fremen and there is a House Atriedes already made. One neveron empire can join per members of the Landsraad and other Dune entities. The idea is to roleplay some Dune and have fun.
If you don't know what I am talking about but your interested. Check out the movie Dune directed by David Lynch. We want to make those guys and have some fun with it.
Also whichever empire reaches level 5 first would make the faction. The faction leader of the "Empires of the Landsraad" would be considered the emperor of us all.
That's one idea and there could be lots of others. I thougt if someone wanted to they could create the Harkonnens, decide whether they were still fueding with the Atriedes. Is the emperor Shaddam the IV going to help the Harkonnens defeat the Atriedes. Will the Spice Guild help in anyway. Who owns the spice and Arrakis? There could be a zone we named Arrakis, which we try to get. For the game I would even donate to make that a doubled zone of something so it would be a little more interesting to whoever owned it. So basically I want to have fun with it and see what type of roleplaying gets sparked from this.
