In 3029 during the Fourth Succession War, the unit saw action against the Snord's Irregulars mercenary unit, defending against a raid on Bordon. [1]

[edit] Andurien Secession

During the Andurien Secession, the 13th Marik Militia attacked the Federated Commonwealth world of Wasat. This wasn't a serious attempt to take the world, but rather a way for Thomas Marik to gain political support at home and disrupt the Sarna March. [2] In 3036 the 13th Marik Militia led forces loyal to Duncan Marik onto Andurien soil by attacking Ingonish. They were supported by the 3rd Free Worlds Guards and the Iron Guard regiments.[3]

In 3047, the Militia saw action against the 17th Arcturan Guard RCT. [4] By 3050, the Militia was stationed on Irian. [5] They were still on Irian as of 3054. [6]

[edit] Operation Guerrero

During Operation Guerrero the 13th Militia returned to Wasat, this time accompanied by the 4th Oriente Hussars, 2nd Sirian Lancers, and 21st Centauri Lancers. They captured the world, destroying the 2nd Republican in the process.[7] After these events, they moved to their homeworld, Irian.[8]

As of 3067 they were still guarding Irian BattleMechs Unlimited on Irian. [9] At some point during the Jihad the 13th joined the Word of Blake. Stationed on Chara in September and October 3077 alongside the 4th Free Worlds Legionnaires and the Steel Guard, the 14th faced off against Clan Wolf in Exile's Beta Galaxy when the Free Worlds League front of Operation SCOUR deployed Group IV to seize Chara. The 13th inflicted serious losses on the Wolves before the coalition forces retreated off-world.[10]

As of 3012, the commanding officer was Colonel Oliver Nage[11].

In 3025 the unit is commanded by Colonel Chang Janewicz.[12]

As of 3050, the commanding officer was Colonel Lloyd Reissing.[13] He was still in command 17 years later in 3067 [14].
