The One Hundred Fourty-sixth Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the LX Corps, Fifth Army, to the Capellan Confederation Military Region and transferred to District 3 of the Capellan Confederation Military Region by 2765.[1]. The 146th survived the Periphery Uprising and the Hegemony Campaign, and followed General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus in 2784.[1]

As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 146th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[2]
