The 154th Mechanized Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army. Their official nickname was The Raging Horde.[1]

History[edit]
In 2755, the 154th defeated a rogue brigade of Rim Worlds Republic troops.[1]
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as part of XLII Corps, Twelfth Army, to District 2 of the Lyran Commonwealth Military Region, but was moved to an undisclosed area of the Periphery.[2] The 154th was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[2]

Tactics[edit]
The mechanized infantry divisions of the Star League were used offensively to exploit gaps in the enemy front created by the BattleMech divisions. They also bore the brunt of defensive actions.
Composition History[edit]
As an SLDF mechanized infantry division, the 154th would have comprised two brigades of mechanized infantry and a brigade of 'Mech regiments.[3]
