The Second Wolf Regulars Assault Cluster formed from cadets and warriors drawn from garrison clusters in the wake of the Refusal War as part of the Jade Wolf forces. When Clan Wolf was reborn the unit was renamed the Second Wolf Assault Cluster.[1][2]
The Second Wolf Assault Cluster attacked New Olympia in 3139. There they fought the 1st Covenant Guards and killed Warden-General Thaddeus Marik.[3]
The Second Wolf Assault Cluster participated in the invasion of Terra by Clan Wolf, and later the ilClan Trial, commanded by Star Colonel Kalidessa Kerensky who nicknamed the cluster the 'Howling Furies' just prior to the invasion of Terra.[4]
