The Three Hundred Tenth Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XL Corps, Fifteenth Army, to District 2 of the Draconis Combine Military Region, but was moved to an undisclosed area of the Periphery.[1]. The 310th was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[1]

As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 310th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[2]
