Alpha Galaxy is the leading Clan Snow Raven frontline Galaxy.[1] It spearheaded the Raven mission to secure holdings in the Inner Sphere Periphery.[2]

History[edit]

After the destruction of Clan Smoke Jaguar, Alpha Galaxy led the Raven's actions on Homer and Circe. The Ravens faced the Steel Vipers on Homer and Clan Wolf troops on Circe. On Homer several Raven units had engaged the Vipers, pushing them into a corner and forcing them to do something rash. However, the Vipers were able to maintain discipline and repel the Ravens.

On Circe the Ravens took control of several former Smoke Jaguar holdings and (incidentally) provided cover for Clan Nova Cat forces that were withdrawing from the world. The Ravens ended up taking control of several Smoke Jaguar and Nova Cat facilities, denying the Wolves. This angered the Wolves and several Trials of Possession were fought over these facilities.[1]

Officers[edit]

As of 3061 the commanding officer was Galaxy Commander Thorsten Magnus.[1]

Tactics[edit]

Alpha Galaxy uses a classic Snow Raven strategy: Put pressure on an opponent, restrict the opponent's options, and force him into rash action.[1]
