Bug Scanner

Overview[edit]

A Bug Scanner is used to detect the presence of Bugs, small electronic devices used for the purposes of eavesdropping. A bug scanner will discover the location of any microphone or tracking bug within fifteen meters of its location by detecting the radio signals they transmit. The standard model is a palm-sized device, making it easily transportable, but many government and corporate office will have them built into their meeting rooms.[1]
