Prototype Equipment found in Interstellar Operations

I know that these should he mentioned somewhere in the wiki. My question is whether or not they should have seperate articles, and their own category, or should they be added into the article of the main item?

Like, the Arrow IV has a prototypical version called the Arrow-P. Is that worth creating a seperate article over. Admiral Obvious (talk) 16:20, 14 December 2018 (EST)
