The Cruz Alta system is located near the Huesta and Sarikavak systems.[3][4]
System History[edit]
The Cruz Alta system was either colonized by the Rim Worlds Republic at some point during the Star League era after the end of the Reunification War or was an already-inhabited system that became significant enough to merit recording on maps by Inner Sphere nations during this period.[5][3][4] Cruz Alta was annexed by the Lyran Commonwealth during the Republic-Commonwealth War.[6][7][8]

Cruz Alta is a planet in the Cruz Alta system.
Planetary History[edit]
In the time of the Star League, Cruz Alta was a major Periphery farming planet. After the fall of the League, it declined, and by 3012, it was a backwater dotted with ghost towns and dependent on Lyran farming subsidies.[18]
On 27 April 3012, near the ghost town of Harmony, mercenaries and Bowie Industries forces fought over a Star League warehouse and its contents, wooden parade BattleMech replicas. The mercenaries won out over Reinhold Bisset's corporate force, taking the replicas.[18]
