The Heaven Sent was a Union-class DropShip operated by the mercenary unit Avanti's Angels. It was in service with the Angels since 3059 at the latest. The Heaven Sent had been upgraded to use advanced technology by this point, and was the Angels' primary transport; the second DropShip owned by the Angels, a very old Fortress-class DropShip[1] named variously as Head of a Pin or Pinhead,[2] was kept as far away from combat as possible.[1]
The Heaven Sent was still in service with the Angels as of 3067.[2]
On 18 May 3069 the DropShip was used to evacuate Raphael Shienzé, Baron Shienzè's son, after Avanti's Angels rescued him.[3]
