In 3051, Jeanette Mason was fighting for Bromley Stables and ranked 8th in the Solaris Top Twenty. She had been fighting for several years in the lower-level 'Mech arenas, but once she got a decent ride from Bromley she had entered open class, where it was expected she would be giving the leading MechWarriors a run for their money.[1]
Mason fought for the Solaris Home Defense League against the Word of Blake in her Stalker and was best known for tackling a Buccaneer and a Legacy at the same time during an SDHL action to interrupt the Solaris Spaceport function.[2]
Tactics[edit]
Jeanette Mason had formidable talent, even though relatively inexperience at the helm of a Stalker. She shunned cover and took the opportunity to shot with her LRMs while closing in, hoping her 'Mech's heavy armor would protect her, and at close quarters she unleashed lasers and SRMs to devastating effect.[1]
