The Melville system was the location of at least one habitable world or construct and as of 2750 was located in the Apollo Province of the Rim Worlds Republic.[1][2]

Melville is located near the Arlanda and Machapuchre systems.[1][2]

System History[edit]

The Melville system was either colonized by the Rim Worlds Republic during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War or was an already-settled system which became significant enough for Inner Sphere nations to begin recording on maps during this era.[3][1][2] The Melville system vanished from maps during the Third Succession War[4][5] indicating that the system had been abandoned, depopulated, or rendered too insignificant to merit further recording on maps.
