Admiral Oliver Finch was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Thirteenth Fleet, and 131st Pursuit Squadron, at least between 2764 and 2765.[1][2]
History[edit]
A hand-offs commander, who personally led a Squadron as well as the overall Thirteenth Fleet from his flagship the SLS Black Rock, Finch was a popular leader with his direct reports. His familiarity with them, and habitable backing of their decisions, however made disciplining his Vice Admirals difficult.[1]
