Rackham Jones was the commander of the SLDFs 18th Fleet in 2765.[1]

The Star League Defense Force destroyer SLS Happenstance was the first command of Rackham Jones, a mustang SLDF naval officer who would earn the nickname "Lightning Jack" as he advanced up the chain of command. By 2764, Rackham was an Admiral, commanding the SLS Jonathan Cameron.[1]
