Sheridan Lang was one of the contenders of the 3062 Grand Tournament. On the evening of 15 August 3062 he was scheduled to fight the higher ranked Jasmine Kalasa of Lion City Stables at Boreal Reach, unfortunately after the match between Michael Searcy and Victor Vandergriff triggered city-wide rioting, the warriors waiting in the 'Mech Bays below the Davion arena also began attacking each other. In the brutal point-blank free-for-all that followed, Lang chose to focus on hunting down and defeating Kalasa first, but instead the more skilled Clan Diamond Shark warrior tore his 'Mech apart and killed him, proving the match-makers odds favoring her to win their match right.[1]
