I removed the use of the word "incumbent" because isn't proper for a fictional setting. We've had this debate elsewhere as far as what constitutes "present" in fiction, so the decision was made not to imply present tense in articles. Please do not re-add it. --Scaletail 10:19, 18 August 2008 (CDT)
