Talk:Michael Gilbert

Created by IP 67.233.49.164 on 12 July 2010 about an alias name of himself. I chose to redirect, and add the notion about the alias name in the proper article. Frabby 10:08, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

May need to add a disambiguation page because it seems there are 2 Michael Gilbert contributor to Battletechnology. The alias of Michael Taylor who wrote the Solaris Games articles and Michael Gilbert who wrote two Mech designs published in the Early Years special edition Wookiebear 18:41, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
Why do you think that? Unless there is evidence to the contrary I'm inclined to believe there is only one "Michael Gilbert" who contributed to BattleTechnology and was in fact Michael Taylor. Frabby 18:52, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
Mostly because that other Michael Gilbert is me :). I got two Mechs published in the Early Years special editionWookiebear 18:55, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
I concede the point! :) In that case, however, I suggest to create two separate articles on M. Taylor and M. Gilbert and mention the fact that the former used the latter's name as a pen name within the articles; a Otheruses tag may also be called for. A disambiguation page, on the other hand, seems too much considering there are only two subjects sharing the name. Especially when one is the "real" one and the other just a pen name.
