Talk:Titans of Steel

Deletion?[edit]

I am tempted to put a Deletion tag on this since it is not actually anything to do with BattleTech or its universe. Any one against? --Dmon 14:26, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

Titans of Steel is Battletech style game. I'll leave this to you. I would take wikipedia explanation for the game and put it here. Its battletech related game. Not necessary battletech. -- Wrangler 17:53, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
Titans of Steel should not be here. There are many Battletech-like games out there, all with their own battlebots, characters, storylines, etc. This wiki is meant for BattleTech alone – otherwise it'll become unmanageably big. Tongue.gif --Ebakunin (talk|contribs) 15:29, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
I have merged it with the Mechwars page, but over all I agree that it shouldn't even be here. (Sorry for forgetting to sign) --Dmon

Recreated the article[edit]

This article was obviously deleted/moved into MechForce (Video Game), but as far as I can see it's been established that this was in fact another, distinct game. I have thus recreated this article by copying over the former content of the MechForce (Video Game) article. Frabby (talk) 00:52, 2 May 2014 (PDT)

Hey Frabby, I just wanted you to know that I actually got myself a copy of Titans of Steel: Warring Suns a couple of years ago (A real one not the free download) and can confirm that the game universe is NOT related to the Battletech universe in any way but the games mechanics borrow fairly heavily from battletech. As such I do not actually believe it has a place here on our wiki as it is at best a form of "fanon" and at worst very thinly veiled copyright theft.--Dmon (talk) 15:25, 6 June 2014 (PDT)
