- Copy and paste the following code into the top of the article, filling the appropriate fields.

- Title is the title of the work. If it is the same as the title of the article, leave this field blank.
- Author is the name of the author(s).
- Artwork is the name of the artist who produced any included artwork. If there is none, leave this field blank.
- Released is the date of release. Be as specific as possible.
- Pages is the number of pages in the entire work.
- Format should indicate whether the story is a standalone, serial work, or part of a series.
- Series is the title of the series. If the story is a standalone or serial work, leave this blank.
- Parts should indicate the number of parts, if published as a serial work. If it is not, then leave this blank.
- Era is the name of the era. This should be one of the following: Star League, Succession Wars, Clan Invasion, FedCom Civil War, or Jihad.
- Timeline should indicate the time span the story covers.
