Xolara Arena

Xolara Arena is one of the small arenas of Solaris VII and it is part of the Solaris Games where gladiatorial BattleMech fights take place. Located in the Xolara sector of Solaris City it is an Arena similar with the Steiner Coliseum where there are movable obstacles to make the combat more interesting. The Arena is small, with 300 meters on a side and able to support Class Five matches.[1]

History[edit]

Unknown. The arena was owned around 3025 or 3028 by Kandar Kant.[1]

The Arena[edit]

The terrain of the Xolara Arena is a High steel-walled square 300 meters on a side, where concrete floor conceals several dozen titanium walls, posts and blocks. Those obstacles could be raised and lowered by radio-control. Sometimes the controls were made available to the MechWarriors and sometimes not, allowing them to generate cover to their movements. No Mechwarrior ever gets control of all barriers, and Arena Master could control all.[1]

Seating[edit]

It is not known how many seats are available in the Arena. It has though some VIP seats and has a postproduction team able to edit the fight and make it nearly Solaris Big Five arena levels, able also to send the signal to all Solaris, though this usually only happened in case of very important venues.[1]

Notes[edit]

The destiny of this stable is unknown after the owner loses all his money in the Trev-R vs Vayil Oonthrax match.
