The Zangul system holds at least one habitable world and as of 2750 was located in the Sian Commonality of the Capellan Confederation.[1]

System Description[edit]
The Zangul system was located near the Enkra and Larsha systems.[1]
System History[edit]
The Zangul system was colonized by the Confederation during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War.[1][2][3] Zangul vanished from maps during the First Succession War,[3][4] indicating that the system had been abandoned, depopulated, or rendered too insignificant to merit further recording.
It reappeared on maps in 3022 as part of the Aurigan Coalition,[5] a young political entity itself teetering on the brink of collapse at the time,[6] but vanished from maps again afterwards.

Planetary History[edit]
The original Capellan colony had a spaceport that completely covered one of the larger islands. By ca. 3026, that spaceport island was described as a decaying hulk, but still home to most of the planet's population.[35]
