History
In 2872, Clan Hell's Horses launched an attack on the Kindraa Smythe-Jewel holdings on Foster. The Coyotes joined forces to crush a mutually hated foe. Included in the attack was the 100th Assault Cluster under the command of Coyote saKhan Katarina Steele, along with several additional smaller mixed units.[1]
It is unknown when, but at some point after this action the 100th Assault Cluster was disbanded.
New Beginnings
Khan Koga raised the 100th Assault Cluster in the mid 3050s as an experiment. At inception it was almost entirely staffed with freeborn warriors.[2] Between 3060 and 3067 the 100th Assault Cluster was stationed on Foster.[3][4]
In December 3074 the Steel Vipers launched a massive assault on against Clan Coyote on Tamaron with six Galaxies and a large naval force. Lambda Galaxy including the 100th was part of the Coyote defending force. The Vipers made planetfall despite the fierce aerospace attacks. After a week fighting the Viper forces made for their objectives, several major factory complexes in the Apache Mountains. The fighting to defend these saw Lambda Galaxy and the 100th destroyed.[5]
Officers
Between 3061 and 3067 the commanding officer was Star Colonel Scott Koga.[2][4]
Tactics
The Cluster was highly adaptable to all terrain and weather conditions.
