Overview
The 142nd Jump Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2764, the unit was stationed on Hobbs[1], assigned as a part of the XXXVII Corps, Fourth Army, to District 3 of the Federated Suns Military Region, but was moved to an undisclosed area of the Periphery in 2765.[2] The 142nd was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising.[2]

Composition History
As an SLDF Jump Infantry division the 142nd would have been formed from two brigades of Jump Troops, one brigade of 'Mech regiments and two Ground Aero Wings.[4]
