As of 3061 the Commanding Officer was Star Colonel Xian Tseng.[1]

Prides itself on tactical maneuverability. The Cluster is specialized in defensive tatics because their long duty as garrison force. The mobility of the command suprise the enemy often and the medium mechs are used for flanikng manuvers. Also not unknown to this unit are rear assaults, when possilble. [1]
