Overview

The Two Hundred Sixtieth BattleMech Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

In 2695, the 260th earned its unit nickname by defeating a seditionist group, the Land of the Free, on Raldamax.[1]

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the XLVIII Corps, Seventeenth Army, to the Periphery Military Region.[2] The 260th was destroyed during the Periphery Uprising in 2765.[2]

Officers

The commanding officer in 2764 was Major General Siphiwe Mwale.[3]

As an SLDF BattleMech division the 260th would have been formed from two Brigades of BattleMech regiments and a brigade of Mechanized Infantry regiments.[4]
