The Twenty-eighth Heavy Horse Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
A former unit of the Star League Defense Force that did not follow Aleksandr Kerensky on his Exodus in 2784 and remained behind in the Inner Sphere, subsequently being hired as mercenaries by the Draconis Combine.[1]
